SHIPPING 

Domestic

For domestic orders, standard shipping is free over $300 USD. For domestic orders under $300 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship our packages UPS or USPS. Orders typically ship within 3 business days and are often delivered within 5 business days of being shipped. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped. If you are pre-ordering a garment, you will be notified via email when the order is on its way. Your card will be charged at the time of your order.

International

International shipping rates start at around $30 USD. To avoid any surprises, any applicable duties and taxes are paid at checkout. All international orders ship via DHL Express, and shipping times vary depending on your location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Domestic and International Returns

We are happy to accept returns on any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging and with no visible wear or damage. We reserve the right to deny any return. After 7 days, all sales are final. All sale items marked 30% or greater are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

Please reach out to info@togethersegal.com for return authorization with "Return Request" and your Order Number in the subject line. Please provide a description of the reason for your return, along with the product name, color, and size. Once authorization has been granted, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return label for shipping back to Together Segal. All returns must be shipped within five (5) business days of receiving the return label.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, we will notify you that your return has been accepted. Once the return is approved, Together Segal will process the return within five (5) business days.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties. Please reach out to info@togethersegal.com with any questions.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item we ask that you please initiate a return and then proceed with a separate transaction for the desired garment.
